Product Features
1. The sand temperature is within the range of -10-60 ℃, and the control system with PLC as the core automatically matches the usage of two curing agents to ensure that the molding time does not change with temperature changes.
2. The proportioner is set with 5 mold start times, which can be freely set between 5-100 minutes.
3. Only two types of curing agents are needed throughout the year, high acid curing agent A and low acid curing agent B, making it easy to purchase and store.
4. Reduce the amount of curing agent by about 20% compared to seasonal curing agents, reduce the sulfur content of recycled sand, and improve the quality of castings.
