Our company has developed an anti seepage coating agent to address the issues of seepage and poor surface spheroidization in the production of ductile iron parts. This coating agent is added to magnesium containing materials and reduces the infiltration of sulfur into the metal liquid through the reaction between magnesium and sulfur at high temperatures. It has a shielding effect on sulfur elements, thereby reducing the occurrence of seepage in castings.
